What follows are the records
and a sharing of
an exploration in a course.
It is a journey,
an adventure, an experiment...
It is a playful learning of "learning play"...
It is a change in action for "action for change"...
We play and laugh...
Yet, it is fxxking serious...
about what the fxxk we can do
in a world that is totally fxxked up
when most of the people don't give a fxxk......
Excuse me, I am not sorry for the F-word used above,
because I feel sorry for us, our world and our future generation,
and we'll be sorry if we don't try to at least do something different......
The course had three parts, I'd say.
First, we were kicked out from the classroom,
thrown onto the street, to different spaces in the world.
Then we returned to the classroom,
playing with our tools without retreating them merely tools,
thinking with not just our beautiful brains isolated themselves in our heads,
but on our feets, through our hands, allowing our eyes, our ears, our skins and muscles
to take lead and show us possibilities
that the head-space is too small to contain or constraint.
Finally, by making and doing, our heads and bodies learnt to work together as equals,
not always in agreement or hamony though,
which is not a bad thing as a goal,
because we are not machine that is mono-dimensionally functional.
Throughout these three big parts, we tried to be reflective but not just rational.
